Stirling Cullenward is a first generation oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 2005. He grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Merimbula Lake. Stirling originally worked in the agriculture sector, before moving to a career in Aquaculture. He loves the marine environment, the pristine waterways of the NSW South Coast and being able to provide a sought after product.
