Sheridan Beaumont began professionally oyster farming in 2006. She currently grows both Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters the Hawkesbury. Sheridan began oyster farming with her family and is a third generation oyster farmer on the Hawkesbury River. Sheridan lives a past paced life and loves the peace and clarity whilst being on the water.
