Gerard Leif Gratton-Wilson began professionally oyster farming in 2016. He is a first generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Port Stephens. Gerard loves working on the water, the lifestyle associated with oyster farming and the diversity of marine wildlife.
