Stephen Cole is a highly experienced oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 1988. He is a third generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters in Port Stephens for his business Cole Bros Oysters. Stephen was born into the oyster industry, and worked on the family farm in the Hawkesbury before moving to Port Stephens where he bought an existing farm with his family. He loves the lifestyle of oyster farming and the wildlife he gets to see everyday.
