Dean Macleod began professionally oyster farming in 2016. He grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Port Macquarie. Dean is a first generation oyster farmer who began his career farming through meeting another oyster farmer. He loves everything about the marine environment and enjoys the lifestyle associated with oyster farming.
