Andy Baker is a highly experienced oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 1992. He currently grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Pambula. Andy began oyster farming to try something new and enjoys the independence of farming. He loves the natural world and being able to work in the marine environment.
