Andrew Heather began professionally oyster farming in 2011. He currently grows both Pacific Oysters and Sydney Rock Oysters in Port Stephens. Andrew is a first generation oyster farmer, however he is a second generation Aquaculturist. He loves the opportunity to work outdoors.
