Troy is a professional fisherman since 1998 based in Yamba on the NSW Far North Coast, he is also a proud graduate of the National Seafood Industry Leadership Program.

Troy is endorsed to fish in the NSW Estuary General and Ocean Trap and Line fisheries, mainly working in the Clarence River region.
