Sally Ritchie is a highly experienced oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 1979. She currently grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Narooma. Sally married an oyster farmer and started a lease in the Georges River. Sally loves producing a delicious food that is unique, being able to work in the natural environment and being custodians of the water.
