Rick Christensen is a highly experienced oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 1983. He is a second generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oyster and Pacific Oyster in the Clyde. Rick began oyster farming through the family business and loves having such an interesting outdoor job where he continually deals with nature.
