Murray Ham

Murray is the skipper of the fishing trawler ‘Ellie K’, endorsed to fish in the Fish Northern Zone, Inshore, Offshore and Deepwater Prawn sectors of the NSW Ocean Trawl Fishery.

Murray is typically at sea for one night at a time, returning fresh seafood to local markets in a responsible and sustainable way. He may work night or day dependent on the season, target species, area fished, depth, tides, currents and weather conditions.
