Mark Puglisi
Mark is a third generation fisherman who started fishing professionally in 1992. He grew up in an Italian fishing family trawling for prawns, and started his fishing journey as a deckhand in the family business!
What Mark loves about fishing: I really enjoy the lifestyle of fishing and getting to work with nature to provide the best quality wild caught sustainable seafood I can.
What Mark loves about the marine environment: I really respect the environment and think that the marine environment is the perfect, self-sustaining form – it just needs to be correctly harvested!
