Kevin McAsh began professionally oyster farming in 2004. He grows Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters in the Clyde River. Kevin has always had a strong passion for the marine environment and says his career change to oyster farming was meant to be. He loves growing a beautiful consistent oyster and having the consumer recognise the high quality product which he provides.
