Keeleigh is endorsed to use the following fishing methods to responsibly harvest local sustainable seafood:
Scuba diving is a method used by divers whereby air is supplied via a tank located on the divers back. Divers often use a stainless steel hook to remove sea urchins from the rocky substrate and place their catch in a bag which is brought back to the boat.
Free diving is a common fishing method used when diving in shallow areas. Free divers use a small bag to collect catch along the rock substrate and when full take it back to the boat to empty it. This method is commonly used to harvest Abalone and Red Sea Urchins.
