Joe is the third generation of the Bagnato’s fishermen family. After working five years as a manager for De Costi Seafoods at the Sydney Fish Market, he decided to open his own fresh fish & chips restaurant.
Since 2012, he has been working as a commercial fisherman on the Hawkesbury River. His boat’s name is Sal-Maree.
Joe is a recognised OceanWatch Master Fisherman, trained and experienced in responsible and sustainable fishing practices.
