Jacob Bowland is based in the Forster area of the NSW mid-north coast, working primarily in the New South Wales Ocean Line Fishery, harvesting seafood using a hand line.

Jacob moved into the seafood industry in 2009 after graduating from Southern Cross University in Lismore, awarded with a Bachelor of Marine Science and Management degree.

Jacob’s fresh catch is available at the Wallis Lake Fishermen’s Coop.

Jacob is proud to be recognised as an OceanWatch Master Fisherman.
