Jack Henderson

Location: Gulf St Vincent, Port Lincoln, South Australia, Spencer Gulf, West Coast SA

Jack started fishing as soon as he could walk, watching and learning from his father over many years. Jack has his own fishing passion, of providing quality fish for the markets and restaurants. He prides himself in sourcing seafood using environmentally responsible methods, techniques and behaviours, to maintain the sustainable and ethical quality of the seafood he provides. Jack began working with his father in 2014 as a deckhand, and by 2017 Jack took over the reigns from his father. He employs a number of fishing methods to target a variety of local seafood. He is located in Port Lincoln, South Australia, and fishes in the pristine waters at the eastern end of the Great Australian Bight. He works from 3 different vessels, a 22ft Nereus, 15.5ft side console plate boat, and a 50ft Westcoaster called Jobe II; providing access to some of the worlds most sought-after fish and seafood that appears on menus worldwide.
