Daryl Holmes

Location: Ballina, Ballina Fishermens Co-Op, Clarence River

Daryl is a first generation fisher. He started on his own fishing business in 1970 and has been a deckhand at times on some ocean trawlers in the Ballina area.

What Daryl loves about fishing: I love the freedom of it!

What Daryl loves about the marine environment: I really enjoy just being out in nature and being in touch with the natural environment.
