Damon Fernihough began professionally oyster farming in 2017. He is a first generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Wagonga. Damon’s family decided to retire to Narooma and in the process of looking for a house, bought an oyster farm. He loves spending time on the water for work and enjoys having little office work.
