Caroline Henry

Location: Wonboyn Lake

Caroline Henry is a highly experienced oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 1990. She is a first generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oysters in Wonboyn Lake. Caroline loves working in a wonderful environment, enjoys being proactive in ensuring the area and lake are well looked after and has great satisfaction in producing a lovely product which is enjoyed by all ages worldwide. Caroline says “being one with nature is the best part of my life as an oyster farmer.”
