Bruce Redmayne is an experienced oyster farmer who began professionally oyster farming in 1996. He is a first generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters in Port Stephens. Bruce loves spending time on the water and being surrounded by nature.
