Brett Weingarth began professionally oyster farming in 2006. He is a first generation oyster farmer who farms Sydney Rock Oysters in Merimbula and Pambula Lakes. Brett moved to aquaculture after being a dry land sheep farmer and loves being able to work on the water amongst a healthy ecosystem.
