Brad Warren

Location: Commercial Fishermen's Coop, Hunter River, New South Wales, Newcastle

Brad is recognised OceanWatch Master Fisherman based on the NSW mid north coast. Since 1991 he has worked mainly in the Stockton Bight area.

Brad takes pride in supplying fresh local seafood in a responsible and sustainable way.

In 2017, Brad was congratulated with over 15 years of service as Director on the OceanWatch Board and over 9 years as the Executive Chair with OceanWatch Australia.

During his tenure with OceanWatch, Brad helped to secure recognition for OceanWatch Australia as the first Marine Natural Resource Management organisation in the country.

In 2015 Brad was awarded the “Star of the Sea” at the Sydney Fish Market Seafood Excellence Awards for outstanding service to the NSW fishing industry.
