Sand Crab Pot

A sand crab pot is a type of crab trap which is either circular, rectangular or square in shape, designed to catch sand crabs. When set, the trap lays on the ocean floor and is attached to a rope which is suspended by a float. Only 4 licenses have access to sand crab traps, with each license allowed to use a maximum of 100 traps.
