Kelly Jones began professionally oyster farming in 2017. She is a first generation oyster farmer who grows Sydney Rock Oysters in the Pambula River. Kelly loves being an oyster farmer, specifically working in a low impact and environmentally sustainable industry. She loves the wildlife which she gets to see everyday.
