He is a 4th generation fisherman, his father began taking him to sea fishing when he was only 2 years old and by the age of 16 Kane started to work as a deckhand on his Dad’s boat. In 2013, he got his skipper ticket, and since then he has been driving the family trawler.

Kane and his Dad target high quality seafood, most of which is exported.

Kane is proud to be recognised as an OceanWatch Master Fisherman, providing consumers with access to local, sustainable and responsibly caught seafood.
