Adam Barnes is a 5th generation professional fisherman who fishes the Spencer Gulf. Adam started fishing at a young age in 1985 with his father, working on his father’s crab boat within the family business before becoming a professional fisherman in 1996. He works from a 17.4 metre crab boat “Nirvana 4” and 7.4 metre net boat. Adam takes pride in the quality of his seafood with strong quality control processes in place to ensure maximum quality and shelf life. He also loves that everyday on the water is something new.
